Product Information

The Lucky Tiger High Relief Copper Medal

80 mm

Maximum Mintage

1,130 pcs.

As a symbol of bravery and heroism, the tiger is the main feature of the design. The intricacy of the carving demonstrates our awe and trembling before the tiger’s majestic power.

“Majestic roars the tiger now!” May everything come to perfection at the right time for you this New Year. The logo of Chunghwa Post and the Chinese characters reading “Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd.” and “Mintage Undertaken by the Central Mint” are engraved at the bottom.

To welcome the arrival of the Year of the Tiger, this Post has specially issued 580 pieces of the Lucky Tiger High Relief Copper Medal. Its theme derives from the tiger of the Chinese Zodiac. Also issued are 550 sets of the collectable set, each including a pair of fine silver ingots and 1 piece each of the pure gold ingot and high relief copper medal. This copper medal in a special limited-edition minting is a highly collectable artifact with a commemorative meaning.
