For the Chinese Zodiac Year of the Pig, we combined the simple, honest and plump image of the pig with auspicious concepts associated with the Chinese word for pig to symbolize: "All things as pleasant as your wishes and safety and good fortune for everyone." The design used on the coin was based on a picture painted by Mr. Chang Ker-Chi. |
